Anyone have this type of transmission leak? And what is ford doing to take care of it?
It’s leak at the rear of the transmission where it meets the transfer case.
It’s a 2024 with about 2000 miles on it …

It looks fresh like it just came from the source. Let the dealer know asap! Is this leak leaving a puddle, or just a few drips?

It has a few drips, no puddles yet. I have an appointment with the dealer on Monday. I’ve wiped it off for the past two days and it keeps showing up.

Did you just have it in for service recently? Did you just recently drive it like you stole it? Mine was fine when I bought it until about 300 miles later I drove it down to Mexico and was passing some people at over 110mph. When I got to the destination, we put it up on a lift to check things over and noticed tranny fluid sprayed all down the underside and drops hanging from the rear trans pan bolt heads. When I took it back in to have them check it, fluid levels were "fine." My suspicion is that they had overfilled it at the dealer when doing the prep when I bought it. I have so little confidence in dealer service at this point they should be ashamed.

Si. One should always know his equipment's limits. ¿No estás de acuerdo?

Nope, bought it new and have driven it easy so far, I haven’t passed 3500 rpm’s yet.
I, too, am worried about taking it in for service to have them check it out as I have 0 faith in the service department.

I know it vents when overfilled, I have a diaper full of it on mine. I don't know where it vents on the tranny, mine was all over the stabilizer bar. It is a super complicated fill procedure with the dip stick next to the cat so you can burn the hell out of your hand getting it off when it is "warm".

So I just heard back from the dealer, and they are saying that they believe the transmission may have been overfilled from the factory and that the fluid came from the vent tube.
How legit is this?
Is the vent tube near the rear of the transmission? And the venting would show drips in the area of where the pictures in my original post show the drips?

If they "believe" that it overfilled, then they should drain it all out and then refill with correct amount. Then, you can take it home and drive for a while. If no more phantom leaks then the dealer was correct in what they believed in. If it leaks again, its another trip to the dealer with CONFIRMATION it was not the initial transmission factory fill. Any good service advisor should offer this drain and refill to confirm
I think they cant find where leak is and just guessing now
